  • Cable Corporation of India Ltd. (Sept. ‘81 to Apr. ‘88) as Assistant including 3 years in Internal Audit and about 3 1/2 years in Branch Accounting, Sales & Marketing Support, MIS and Costing. Major Achievements include streamlining Branch Accounting Systems, improving Receivables follow-up, suggesting & implementing Internal Control measures in Bill Passing , Purchases and Stores functions and improving effectiveness of Capital Budgeting.
  • Mafatlal Group (Apr. ‘88 to June ‘90) as Cost Accountant. Major Achievments include improvements in Material Accounting System, cost reduction through review of bill of materials, computerisation of MIS leading to prompt availability of reliable data and designing system for flexible budgetary control and Responsibility Accounting.
  • Roche Products Ltd. (July ‘90 to May ‘93) as Executive Costing. Major Achievements include tailoring the Costing System to meet Cost Audit Requirements for Formulations Industry, Cost Reduction through application of Marginal Costing Principles, Association with Treasury Department in enhancement of working capital credit limits and Association with Taxation Department in setting aside a substantial Income Tax Demand.
  • Hytone Synthetics Ltd. (June ‘93 to April ‘94) as Company Secretary in charge of Finance, Accounting, Costing, Legal and Secretarial functions. Major Achievements include successful completion of post issue formalities, tying up initial working capital facilities, Devising & Strengthening of Internal Controls and streamlining secretarial records.
  • Jai Corp Ltd. (May ‘94 to Sep. ‘95) as Company Secretary in charge of Finance, Legal and Secretarial functions. Major Achievements include successful completion of public issue (both pre and post issue formalities), completion of amalgamation of three listed companies in record time, obtaining P-1 Credit Rating for Commercial Paper and streamlining of Secretarial Records.
  • Murablack India Ltd. (Sep. ‘95 to May ‘96) as Company Secretary cum G.M Finance. Major Achievements include tying up of working capital limits, streamlining of secretarial records and setting up of MIS.
